Mike, Chef-Owner, is one of the most loved chefs in New York City. At an early age, he started to cook and found his passion for food. This is due to his passion for authentic Italian cuisine. Over the past fifteen years of being a Chef, he has achieved success by satisfying all that have tried his work of art.
On a daily basis Chef Mike spends his time in Avere Restaurant crafting his famous homemade pasta such as “Pappardelle,” “Fettuccine,” and “Ravioli.” Moreover, his creation extends over to his popular “Branzino”, “Lamb Chops,” and “Pollo Alla Parmigiano.”
His homemade Italian deserts such as “Tiramisu,” “Italian Cheese-Cake,” and homemade “Chocolate Mousse” are always the best options to end a meal.
